Terms and Conditions

These terms are for Squiggle subscription software customers in England and Wales.

1. The service

Squiggle provides secure terminal, SFTP, vault, tunnel, script, workspace, account and support features. Features may vary by plan.

2. Accounts

You must keep account details accurate, protect login credentials and ensure team members are authorised to access your workspace.

3. Subscriptions

Free, Pro and Teams plans are available. Pro is £4.99 per month unless changed with notice. Teams pricing is per user per month. Paid plans renew until cancelled.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Squiggle for unlawful access, malware, abuse, credential theft, spam, unauthorised scanning or activity that harms others.

5. Customer data

You remain responsible for data, host details and credentials you add to Squiggle. You must only add systems you are authorised to manage.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, incidents and third-party outages may affect availability. Team SLA terms may apply where purchased.

7. Security

You must report suspected compromise promptly. Squiggle may suspend access to protect users, systems or the service.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.

9. Termination

You may cancel subscriptions through the account centre. Squiggle may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach or misuse.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
